On November 14, 2018, "The 3rd China Artificial Intelligence Industry Development Forum and the 2018 Alibaba Global Creator Competition Final has taken place in Hangzhou city. The competition brings together excellent entrepreneurship projects in 33 countries and 10 global competition regions.

Mr. Jia, CEO of Motus Surveying and Control, with the project of High Precision Wave Compensatory, represents the Wuhan Competition Area and competes for the global finals of Alibaba Creators competition. He was awarded the 2018 Alibaba Most Potential Award  of the Global creators competition.
